Yesterday evening, the housing subcommittee met to discuss plans on how to improve housing in Timmins. Many topics were discussed as we are trying to define the scope of this massive undertaking. The members are all interested in making sure all facets of the issue are discussed. Right now, we’re preparing for the environmental scan, which will give us an accurate inventory of housing options for all demographics.
On April 10th, the branding subcommittee will be meeting for the first time to discuss how to create a unique brand for Timmins. We’ll update you with those details next week.
