The City has retailed PKF Consulting Inc. in association with Sierra Planning has to develop an integrated Culture, Tourism and Recreation Master Plan (CTRMP). The CTRMP will provide a comprehensive framework for the long-term development and sustainability of Timmins’ cultural, tourism and recreational assets, which are the foundation for community vibrancy, social well-being and local economic development.
A new online survey has been prepared specifically for residents and visitors who wish to express their opinions on tourism in Timmins. These will help the consultants identify issues and future directions that may enhance the Timmins tourism experience. The Tourism Opinion Survey is at:

Hard copies of the surveys will also be available at various hotels throughout the community, Timmins Chamber of Commerce, Timmins Museum, Timmins Public Library and City Hall.
