During the Timmins 2020 planning process over 500 participants submitted project ideas about economic diversification and community development. Your ideas for community improvement are taken seriously and the Timmins Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) has researched some of them. Over the last year the TEDC has conducted feasibility studies and worked with various partners to determine the viability of a host of projects.

The TEDC has determined that some of the projects are not feasible in Timmins because of our climate or our isolated location.
