Upcoming election another chance to help shape Timmins’ future

Timmins residents (like everyone else in Ontario) have an opportunity to help shape their future in the Provincial Election on June 12, 2014.The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Candidate’s Debate June 4 at 6:30PM at O’Gorman High School. This will give you a chance to ask questions of the candidates from the three main parties (those from the Green and Confederation of Regions Parties are unable to attend).

Make sure you have your voter card, and find the time to vote on Election Day, or at Advance Polls if you will be out of town that day. Our candidates (in alphabetical order) are:

  • Gilles Bisson, NDP
  • Steve Black, PC
  • Sylvie Fontaine, Liberal
  • Bozena Hrycyna, Green
  • Fauzia Sadiq, Ontario Provincial Confederation of Regions Party

Remember, you don’t get to complain if you don’t actually vote 🙂
