Branding Committee presenting to Council on March 4

To kick off Phase II of the Branding project, the City posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a consulting firm to complete the implementation phase. The chosen firm’s tasks will include designing and distributing marketing materials to organizations throughout the community. They will also be responsible for creating and posting new, consistent signage throughout Timmins, including city entrypoints.

The Branding Committee met on February 20 to discuss the proposals submitted in response to the Phase II RFP. A representative of the Branding Committee will present their recommendation to City Council on March 4. It is up to Council to make a final decision.

The Housing Committee is also set to present their recommendation that same evening.
