The CTR Team met on April 9th to discuss several proposals submitted for the Culture, Tourism and Recreation Master Plan. In March, the Culture, Tourism and Recreation Committees each evaluated and selected their preferred vendors out of all the submissions. The CTR Team’s task was to look at those proposals recommended by its subcommittees and decide which to recommend to City Council.
After in-depth discussion of each proposal’s merits, the CTR Team is ready to make its recommendation to City Council. Their presentation to Council is scheduled for April 15, 2013.
